Why should I take this class?
Our approach to food is one of simplicity. The American food system has gotten so complicated, it’s hard to know what to eat. This class is designed to give you tools to make great choices in choosing your food in a way that’s fun, flexible, and works with your life. And we’re here to support you both during the class and beyond. Once you join this community, you’re a member for life.
How does the class work exactly?
Simply pick up your phone one night a week and dial the designated call number (given to you once you’ve paid). You’ll be connected to Greenlight Health Coaches and other members on the call.
How long do calls last?
We try to limit calls to an hour and fifteen minutes, but we stay on the line as long as needed to answer individual questions following the content of the call.
How often are the calls?
Once a week for six weeks
What if I have to miss a call?
No worries here–calls are recorded and available 24 hours a day for a week following the live call.
What are the calls like?
We like to keep things easy and interactive, because in addition to learning about whole foods we are building community. Expect information about a new food each week (including handouts), the benefits of adding it to your diet, our favorite ways of preparing it (recipes included), and tips for buying and storing. We also include time for sharing your experiences with new foods and address any questions that come up.
